Not only fruits, but also vegetables are ideally suited for drying. A large portion of the water is removed from the vegetables during the drying process, which prevents the growth of mold-causing microorganisms and thus ensures a long shelf life for the dried vegetables. The substances contained in the vegetables, besides water, are present in a highly concentrated form after drying. These include, above all, vitamins, important minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and iron, carbohydrates, and fiber.
Description: Mixed vegetables and fruits, sweetened and deep-fried
Ingredients: 25.92% apple, 22.68% sweet potato, 16.2% carrot, palm oil, 6.48% green beans, 5.67% peach, 4.05% pumpkin, maltose, water
Storage: cool (10-15°C), dry and dark; store chips in packaging as they absorb moisture quickly.
Appearance: yellow, green and orange chips in various shapes
Odor: characteristic of the species, reminiscent of vegetables and fruits, without any foreign odors
