Passion fruit (dried)

Passion fruit and maracuja are the fruits of two varieties of the passionflower. The dark red, slightly wrinkled skin of the passion fruit surrounds numerous seeds embedded in orange-yellow pulp. These seeds are pleasantly crunchy and, together with the sweet and sour aroma, create a unique taste experience.

The pulp of the passion fruit is very aromatic and, when dried, is ideal for snacking, muesli and desserts.

Description: small fruity cubes made from passion fruit and apple puree

Ingredients: 58% passion fruit, 38.8% apple, 2.2% apple juice concentrate, rice flour, passion fruit flavoring, acidifier: citric acid

Storage: cool (10-15°C), dry and dark

Appearance: light to dark yellow passion fruit cubes with rice flour coating

Scent: characteristic, fruity, sweet, without any foreign odor

Taste: characteristic, fruity, sweet, tart, without any off-flavors

Consistency: soft to firm
